CodeDesign provides you with easy and smart options to add one or more links to your page. Let us start with the easy option.

How to Add a Link to Your Page

  1. Go to the right sidebar under the Elements tab.

  2. Scroll down to find a ready-to-drop link under the text section.

  3. Drag and drop it to your canvas.

  4. Add the link address to which you want the audience to shift.

  5. And there you go! It's the simple way.

And to a more advanced level, you can attach a link even to your headlines or a random word. Let us see how it is done.

The Link Settings

To add a link to your headline, first, you need to have a headline. So drop one from your right sidebar!

  1. Select the headline or any text, where you want to attach a link.

  2. Go to your right sidebar to find the Link Settings.

  3. Choose the URL tab (the first tab in the list)

  4. Add your link address in the box that appears below.

  5. And done! Now your headline is also a link!

  6. If you want the link to be opened in a new tab, you will find a checkbox to do so.

  7. Select the Checkbox and now the link will be opened in another tab.

Internal Page Link

The internal page link feature offers you the privilege to add a link to your existing pages. So let's see how!

  1. Select the text/element on which you have to attach the link.

  2. Go to your right sidebar to find the Link Settings

  3. Choose the Internal page tab. (the second tab from the left)

  4. In the box that shows, 'Select a page' all you have to do is select a page from your project! (onto which you want your audience to go.)

  5. Now select the option to open in a new tab below if you want the second page to open in another tab.

  6. And voila! Done!
