Either you are handing over an entire project to a colleague or you are handing over a finished project access to your client, CodeDesign got you covered. Using the ‘Transfer Project’, you can transfer the access and ownership of a project to another CodeDesign account in a snap.
Open your project to be transferred, from the dashboard.Once the builder is loaded, go to the ‘Project Settings’ workspace on the bottom left of the builder. There you’ll find ‘Users’ listed as the third option.
Here, you will find three sections,
1. The ‘Users’ section that will show you current project users in a table.
2. ‘Invite Users to Project’ option helps you add new user and define their roles in the project.
3. The ‘Transfer Ownership’ helps you transfer the entire project to a different CodeDesign account.
Before transferring the project ownership to someone, make sure he/she already have a CodeDesign account under the email you are going to type in. Once you type in the email in the text box, click on the ‘Transfer Ownership’ button and there you go.
